Viv is a beautiful, authentic and kind soul who provides a safe container for the exploration of creativity and heart lessons. She holds the space with wisdom and compassion and gently guides participants to look deeper under the surface at a pace that is both safe and healing.

Using my basic art materials and guidance from Vivian and support from the group, I was challenged to connect with my Heart every day. This is a wonderful way to discover self awareness and work through problems. I am continuing now the 6 weeks has concluded and will book another face to face Art Therapy session soon to consolidate my knowledge.

I was a little unsure as to what to expect being new to art therapy but was keen to give it a go. The six weeks went too fast. I thoroughly enjoyed creating each day, the zoom meetings and interaction with other participants. Vivian is a fabulous facilitator and we all got so much out of the sessions and zooms. I am keen to do more.
