Books | love and recommend
Who else loves the feeling of flipping through books and finding exactly what you need in that moment, without reading the whole book?
I'm sure I am not the only one who loves to spend hours in the library, but when I am after information or fact checks, the reality these days looks more like a quick search on my laptop. The internet is right at the top of places where to find information. If we need to find something, anything, all we need to do is type in the search bar what we are looking for and voilà it is right there, in front of us.
It is instant, generally fairly easy to find what we need and because of this super quick. But..
do you find yourself going from click here to click there without remembereing what was were? Is it reliable? What about the overwhelm of the internet?
I absolutely love it when I 'accidentally' come across 'something' when ficking through a book. A really cool recipe, an art activity I never tried before, or a beautifully photographed piece of artisan work. I can tag or earmark the page and come back to it!
I wanted to compile a list of books for you that I enjoy and highly recommend.
